2007 Harley Davidson FLHRC - Road King Classic. Immaculate condition. I am the original owner – purchased new at the Bakersfield, CA dealership. Have all original, upgrade, and maintenance documentation. Original 96 cu in eng w/6 speed and factory cruise control. HD chrome front forks/front end, HD lowering kit, Stage 1 engine kit, HD Street Glide seat (as shown - also comes with original FLHRC seat in perfect condition in addition), Cables routed in aftermarket handlebars (Chubby RK II – very comfortable handlebars), HD straight cut exhaust, and several subtle, tasteful chrome upgrades. Received HD dealer 15k mile maintenance and checkup at 14,424 mi (now has a little over 14500 mi), to include new battery and new tires. Runs perfect, everything works, great condition original black paint. Not pictured, but included are a quick-detachable HD passenger sissy bar, HD windshield bag, HD motorcycle cover, and garage door transmitter that hooks to your garage door motor and is operated via the headlight brights switch. (Note - pictured horn cover has been replaced with the original factory HD smooth chrome horn cover). Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator
Tue, 20 Dec 2011A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.
