This pampered motorcycle has retail value of over $35,000.00. It has been converted with the newly engineered MotorTrike independent rear with air suspension that adjust between a cushy touring mode and a firm sport mode without the squating that other trikes are known for, it rides like a dream. MotorTrike options include; totally chromed raked front fork for easy steering, trailer hitch and plug, trunk carpet, AquaShield running boards (that you can stand on), fender covers, electric reverse, high dollar CVO Harley lighting (front and rear) including third brake light, chrome bumper, and extended passenger seat backrest. The engine was upgraded to 1550 cubic inches with special cams to create more engine torque, allowing the engine to pull a trailer with ease. Other custom options include; inner and outer fairing, new aerodynamic windshield to reduce buffeting, lighting, special "hotrod" style dashboard, stereo surround and other electronics. Will consider trades (Harley’s, Airstream trailer, small diesel motorhome or diesel pickup for our shop).

The inner-fairing pictures show the engine-turned dash panel specially built for the mp3 player that is compatible with your iPhone or other smartphone. Also notice the leather dashboard cover with Harley Davidson Road Tech Zumo GPS navigation along with extra mounting kit for your automobile. Digital amp gauge and air pressure gauge with remote switch is also pictured for the air ride suspension. Please notice the picture with the chrome front-end and true dual exhaust. This trike is equipped with the optional lighting in the front and rear, including the AquaShield running board lights.
The MotorTrike trailer pictured is not included in this auction, but is available for purchase. The appearance of the trailer is designed to match the MotorTrike rear-end, which includes the optional bumper. We offer to paint the trailer to match this trike's two-tone custom paint job. Sturgis Motorcycle Hall of Fame Announces 2013 Induction Class

The Hall also announced it will add one new member to its Freedom Fighters Hall of Fame. For 2013, the Hall will welcome to its ranks motorcycle attorney Russ Brown, custom chopper builder Rick Fairless (pictured above), Harley-Davidson dealer Bill Gikling, actor Marjoe Gortner of the television special “Sturgis: The Great Ride”, and antique motorcycle expert Lonnie Isam, Sr.
Bonhams To Auction Wayne Pierce Family Collection Of Motorcycles Jan. 9, 2014, In Las Vegas
Fri, 04 Oct 2013On January 9, 2014, during the fourth annual Las Vegas Sale of motorcycles at Bally’s Hotel and Casino, Bonhams, the world’s largest auction house for cars, motorcycles and memorabilia, will be auctioning off over 50 motorcycles from the extensive Wayne Pierce family museum collection, all offered at no reserve. Among the machines is a first-year Harley-Davidson Sportster believed to be the 10th XL883 produced in 1957, a 1933 Harley VLE police bike that saw actual duty on the streets of Chicago before being cast in the 1987 Kevin Costner gangster movie, “The Untouchables,” and an authentic and unrestored 1947 Harley Knucklehead wearing period aftermarket accessories. Wayne “Pappy” Pierce started his Harley-Davidson dealership in 1957, run out of a one-room tin shed in DeKalb, Illinois.
