Hard to find White Ice Pearl/Black Ice Pearl 2- tone was an expensive custom color direct from the factory.The 2010 model came standard with 96" motor and -speed transmission. It also has a chrome nostalgic tank console with the retro speedometer face and 2-tone leather tank panel with matching sissy bar back rest trim along with a ton of factory chrome,factory option smooth profile spoke wheels with wide tires.Other options include deluxe detachable windshield, engine guard, large passenger seat, matching windshield pouch, set of new wind deflectors. Fully seviced, fresh fluids, new Harley Davidson battery. Ready to ride. I looked a long time to find this bike and truely hate to let her go but I need the money for down payment on a home. Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.
Harley Recalls 25,000 2014 Touring Models
Wed, 16 Oct 2013Harley-Davidson is acting quickly to address potential safety issues by voluntarily recalling certain 2014 Touring motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch system that may pose a safety issue for riders and/or passengers. The recalls include a Do Not Ride notice to owners and a Do Not Deliver notice to Harley-Davidson dealers until the motorcycle is fixed. “The safety of our customers is our highest priority,” said Tony Wilcox, Harley-Davidson General Manager of Motorcycle New Product Delivery.
