Terms of Sale: As above, winning bidder MUST make $500 eBay deposit within 24 hours or risk a no-sale default.

Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction end. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end, international bidders have 7 banking days. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person or bank certified funds to seller.  I will not release the motorcycle until all funds have cleared.  If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. All non-paying high bidders will risk a no payment default, will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be posted.

I reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. If you have a eBay score of 10 or less please contact me before bidding so I can give you the go ahead or your bids will be cancelled and you will be blocked by eBay from bidding one of my auctions again. I reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
