Great patina on this one for that barn find look. 66cc 2 cycle. I have built about 40 of these board track racer replicas that have found their way all over the U.S. These motorbikes are great as pit bikes, put around at car/motorcycle shows etc. I've added a few upgrades over stock kits like a U.S. made performance head, U.S. made size 41 drive chain over the cheap Chinese chain, upgraded engine hardware, a larger high compression head (for better cooling and performance than the stock head), and a balanced single piece crank. Top speed is about 36mph with the current sprocket. The bike is running, dialed up, and tuned in. Performance parts can be found on Ebay to make a 1.5 hp motor all the way to 10hp. 2015 Harley-Davidson CVO and Twin-Cooled Models Certified by CARB
Tue, 19 Aug 2014The California Air Resource Board has released new certification documents revealing most of Harley-Davidson‘s 2015 line-up. The CARB executive orders, required before a motorcycle is allowed to be sold in California, reveal new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide, two low versions of the Electra Glide and more models receiving Harley-Davidson’s Twin-Cooled engine. Introduced last year on the Ultra Limited, CVO Limited and Tri-Glide Ultra trike, the Twin-Cooled engine uses liquid-cooling for the cylinder heads, reducing emissions.
