New for 2012, the Harley Ultra Classic Electra Glide features a powerful, new, larger air-cooled Twin Cam 103 Harley engine with 6-speed cruise drive tranmission, providing more performance power for passing, hill-climbing, and riding with passenger and lugagge. The Harley Ultra Classic Electra Glide offers two types of motorcycles wheels. The optional motorcycle wheels offered on the Ultra Classic Electra Glide can give this bike a different look so be sure to check them out in the Paint & Wheels section. Harley-Davidson Reveals Project Livewire
Thu, 19 Jun 2014Yesterday we published a scoop on what we believed to be a production electric motorcycle by, of all companies, Harley-Davidson, dubbed “Livewire.” Today, H-D officially announced Project LiveWire as the company’s first electric motorcycle.However, it appears as though our speculation about LiveWire going into production was a bit off base. Instead, The Motor Company is continuing with its customer-led product development approach and letting riders decide whether or not LiveWire sees the light of day. Starting next week select consumers across the country will be able to ride and provide feedback on the bike, helping to shape the future of Harley-Davidson’s first-ever electric motorcycle. While not for sale, Project LiveWire is specifically designed for the purpose of getting insight into rider expectations of an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Harley-Davidson Museum’s Custom Bike Show Weekend on Labor Day

Starting Thursday, August 28 at 5:00 PM, the biggest bike night of the riding season kicks off the event-filled weekend. The holiday gathering will also include two custom bike shows, a women’s ride, displays of the 2015 Harley-Davidson Models, and the last chance to see the H-D Museum’s summer show entitled The American Road.
A Seattle Seahawks-Themed Motorcycle. Why? Because Football. And Charity.
Fri, 23 Aug 2013With the return of football season upon us (that’s American football for our international readers), we thought it best to feature, what else, but a motorcycle. In this particular case, it’s a Seattle Seahawks-themed custom based on a 2005 Harley-Davidson Road King, the same year the Hawks made it to the Super Bowl. The man behind the custom, award-winning bike builder and Seattle resident, Keith Wong, was approached by Patrick ‘PT’ Town, the founder and executive director of Union Ride & Charity Rally - a charity event to raise money for several non-profits including Northwest Harvest, A.N.E.W., Helmets to Hardhats and the Awareness, Education and Prevention of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in Youth Football.
