2008 Harley-Davidson V-Rod , For sale is a garage kept 2008 Harley Davidson V-Rod (VRSCAW). This motorcycle truly looks like it just came off the showroom floor. It has never been dropped & there are no dents or scratches on it. I just had 2 new tires & a synthetic oil change done to it by Harley of Annapolis where it was purchased new by me. It comes stock with ABS & Alarm. This bike is basically stock with a few add ons. Pipes, K&N air filter & power commander all done by the dealership. I added new side view mirrors, HID headlight low & high beam, along with new rear blinkers & side mounted license plate with light. It really cleans up the back showing the massive stock rear tire. I also added a new Corbin locking seat with backrest, for the passenger or rider & full size windshield that clamps on & off easily. It has 21,449 highway miles on it & is ready to ride. Detroit Police Department Restores 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead
Fri, 13 Dec 2013The Detroit Police Department revealed a restored a 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead police bike that was found during the move to its new headquarters. The 76-year-old police motorcycle was found disassembled at the old headquarters after several decades in storage. According to MLive, the police department attempted to restore the motorcycle in 1974 but never got around to completing it.
