2004 Harley-Davidson FXDL - Dyna Glide Low Rider, Ask anyone in the know to define a Harley and youll undoubtedly hear the words long and low. The Low Rider has always pushed that envelope. This year, it gets 49mm forks, new stylized low-profile suspension and cast wheels. The low-slung custom seat is less than 26" high, so its easy to put boots on pavement. The ride feels good thanks to pullback handlebars, mid-mount controls and highway pegs. New handlebar-mounted indicator lights, new tank graphic and tank-mounted speedo/tach. The Low Rider also gets the new 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission mated to the powerful Twin Cam 88 engine. 2012 Harley-Davidson Seventy-Two and Softail Slim Revealed

Thu, 25 Jul 2013Harley-Davidson reported a net profit of $271.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, up from the profit of $247.3 million reported in the same period in 2012. For the first half of 2013, Harley-Davidson has recorded $495.9 million in profit, compared to $419.3 million reported in the opening six months last year. “Harley-Davidson again drove strong financial performance in the second quarter, reflecting the many improvements in operations we have made throughout the Company over the past few years as well as our brand strength globally,” says Keith Wandell, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.
