2003 Harley-Davidson FLSTF/FLSTFI Fat Boy, FLSTFI - 100th Anniversary FLSTF/FLSTFI Fat Boy Like all Softail models, the Fat Boy is powered by a counter-balanced Twin Cam 88B engine. It cranks out big, juicy torque and comes with carb or sophisticated EFI. What you don't see is a hidden rear suspension that provides classic looks and a great ride. The styling comes courtesy of a high-calorie diet of iron and chrome. Note the burly FL fork and big 7" headlight. Solid disc wheels. Fat rubber, now 150mm wide on the rear. Giant fenders. Floorboards big enough for behemoth-sized shift-kickers. We went large with Anniversary details. Gold-trimmed tank cloisonné. 100TH Anniversary emblems on the seat and engine covers. What am I gonna do with a gun rack?
Wed, 27 Jul 2011Living in Shoreditch I come across a unique variety of motorcycles on the road; from XS650s, to classic Lambrettas and one completely brown jelly-mould CBR600. My favourite of the regular bikes I see is this Harley-Davidson badged Armstrong MT500. In my head I like to think that the owner operates as an urban vigilante, realistically whoever rides this ex-Army bike is probably an artist and instead of a weapon in the gun holder it's probably art equipment.
Marlon Brando Estate Files Suit Against Harley-Davidson
Tue, 17 May 2011Brando Enterprises, an operating entity that protects the Marlon Brando brand on behalf of the actor’s family, has filed a lawsuit against Harley-Davidson. The suit alleges Harley-Davidson used the legendary actor’s name without a license for a leather riding boot called “The Brando”. “It is interesting that Harley-Davidson – a company that is vigorously protective of its own brand – would seek to exploit an iconic property without benefit of a licensing agreement,” says Jeffrey I.

Harley does however really seem to reinforce the stereotype of a typical Harley rider, I’m not sure if I am cool enough but the new Sportster Forty-Eight looks great!
