Harley-Davidson Other description

This 100 Anniversary FSLTF has the special 100th paint job and badging. Recent Motor Trike Renegade conversion with custom wheels, rider adjustable air ride suspension, luggage rack, carpeted trunk, and front fork rake kit. There are only 2k miles on the trike conversion by R&R Trikes. This trike flys like a rocket with power to spare! Hollywood cams, Daytona Ignition module, Mikuni HSR42 carburetor, Screaming Eagle cam chain tensioner fix. 5K miles on the engine rework by Kotic Customs. It has almost all the extra 100th anniversary parts except grips and gold key. JM CB-2003 CB radio with hookup to MP3 player. H-D Thunderstar front wheel, all cables are braided, Howard's Dynamic Duo Air Horns, Python 2 into 1 exhaust, Corbin seat with rider backrest and some other stuff I probably forgot I added. Garaged, on a battery tender, and started at least monthly. Serviced religiously with synthetics. It has been my baby, regular ride and occasional toy. By now, I probably have over $50k in it total over it's life. I don't want to sell it but I'm physically unable to ride anymore. This bike needs to be ridden and will bring someone as much happiness as it has brought me. She's got a lot of miles left in her.

I remember my first bicycle. A blue frame with white handlebars and a long white banana seat for comfort. I was riding a Smurf.

Harley Art

Mon, 16 Jan 2012

A new display in the Harley-Davidson museum in Milwaukee is set to open at the end of this week exhibiting the artwork of the firm's styling chief Willie G Davidson. As well as being the grandson of the original 'Davidson' and in charge of all Harley's styling, it turns out that Willie G is a dab hand with a paintbrush. According to Harley-Davidson, the display will include “idyllic rural landscapes and still life watercolour paintings with strong luminosity and form that hint at time spent in the countryside during 48 years as the pacesetter in motorcycle design.” The firm's museum has also announced other special exhibits planned for later in the year, including “Journey of the Iron Elite: The Evolution of Motorcycle Culture through the Eyes of African-Americans” and “Born to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket” - a 4000-square-foot display dedicated purely to black biker jackets...

In March, the party comes ashore in Florida at Harley’s Daytona Bike Week festivities and the whole shebang culminates in Milwaukee on August 29-31 with a massive blowout that includes a concert, the World’s Largest Bike Night at the H-D Museum, and more.
