This is a very nice example of a very good condition custom build 96" shovelhead Bobber/ chopper.
Bike is very quick all in all considered, and loaded w/ aftermarket performance parts

96" shovelhead motor. Motor is kick start only. fires up w/ 3-4 kicks everytime

Very nice example of a classic/ custom Bobber/ chopper setup. Isn't perfect, but close. does have a couple of paint scratches -  engine/ trim detailing has some scratches and chips in finish from age. Currently needs new brake light/ license plate holder.(all the wiring is present and brake switch is new, changed fenders and old one had light mounted to it)

Engine doesnt smoke and has very good compression w/ no oil blow bye on the rings

Bike has a clean/ clear Numbers matching 1996 Ohio Assembled title

Harley-Davidson to compete in Hill Climb

For the first time in the history of the World Extreme Games, in addition to skiers, snowboarders and other extreme winter sports, Harley-Davidson motorcycle riders will also start competing. The new Harley-Davidson Snow Hill Climb medal discipline will be introduced during the final days of the games, which will take place from January 25 to 28, 2018. Athletes will climb on motorcycles on the slope of the SuperPipe track.

Mike Holmgren coached his last game for the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, leaving behind a 4-12 record. Holmgren did lead the Seahawks to four straight division titles before this year however. In ten seasons as a head coach in the NFL, he also had three Super Bowl appearances, including a Green Bay win in 1997.

As motorcyclists, we’re drawn to the freedom two wheels represent; just man, machine and the open road. The feeling rings true today as it did 72 years ago, when Wallace Van Sandt, of Birmingham, Alabama, took delivery of his 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD Special Sport Solo, purchased new in 1940 for $365 (roughly $5800 in today’s money) by his father as a high school graduation gift. The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.
