Harley-Davidson FXR description

You are bidding on a 1993 Harley-Davidson FXLR Low Rider Custom. This is the Anniversary edition number 409 of 800 produced. The engine has Screaming Eagle forged high compression pistons, as well as an Andrews EV-27 cam, Mikuni HSR42 carb and intake, Screaming Eagle ignition, and a new set of Samson Big Gun Ripsaw exhaust., as well as Screaming Eagle valve springs. The front end is an Arlen Ness Mid-Glide conversion with chrome lowers and Ness Chrome headlight. The front wheel is a chrome forged Carriage Works five spoke with a matching polished stainless rotor. The Rear wheel is the stock H-D wheel that has been chromed and includes a polished stainless rotor. Handlebars are Chubby and include chrome controls and cables and Pro-One mirrors, along with  Arlen Ness instrument cluster.  The forward controls have been offset 2 inches toward the rider, as these bikes have a longer initial reach. The bike also has chrome Accutronix milled  forward controls, a Corbin Close Gunfighter seat, Screaming Eagle Race Brace, as well as other chrome accessories to numerous to list here. This bike has 17235 miles on it, and it is in true pristine condition. It is always garaged and well taken care of. You will not be disappointed in the condition or ride of this rubber mounted evo. The bike also has a new starter clutch, battery, and also a new front tire. This is one of the best riding Harleys ever built, and I will tell you that you will not find another one like it anywhere! Also, the front and rear have been lowered, so keep that in mind when bidding. The bike was set-up for a lightweight rider, so you will need to adjust the stance to compensate for your height/weight.

I do still have some of the factory parts that came off of the bike (not all). The original handlebars (with ID #), the original seat (s), original lowers, coil, plug wires, as well as the factory Harley manual are all included.

CARB Reveals 2014 Harley-Davidson Models, Including Some “Cool” Surprises

Fri, 16 Aug 2013

The California Air Resource Board has issued executive orders on a number of 2014 Harley-Davidson models, revealing much of the Motor Company’s upcoming product lineup. While most of the models listed are familiar, the documents do reveal some gems including possible signs of the long-rumored new liquid-cooled Harley-Davidson engine. The first and least surprising reveal is the disappearance of the 1584cc Twin Cam 96 engine.
