Dyna Wide Glide The Harley-Davidson Super Glide is a motorcycle model made by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Reputed to be the 1st factory custom motorcycle, it originated Harleys FX series of motorcycles by mating Sportster components, most notably the front end, with the chassis of their larger big twin motorcycles. The current Super Glide model is now based on the Dyna Glide chassis which offers a wider variety of front ends and trim levels, and continues to fill the intermediate niche between the smallest and largest Harley models. This is a great example of a classic Harley Dyna Wide Glide. It has 12,700 original miles. 2nd owner owned it since 2003. Has Vance and Hines custom exhaust and sounds awesome. 46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012
Mon, 25 Nov 2013An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.

2015 Harley-Davidson CVO and Twin-Cooled Models Certified by CARB
Tue, 19 Aug 2014The California Air Resource Board has released new certification documents revealing most of Harley-Davidson‘s 2015 line-up. The CARB executive orders, required before a motorcycle is allowed to be sold in California, reveal new CVO versions of the Road Glide Ultra and Street Glide, two low versions of the Electra Glide and more models receiving Harley-Davidson’s Twin-Cooled engine. Introduced last year on the Ultra Limited, CVO Limited and Tri-Glide Ultra trike, the Twin-Cooled engine uses liquid-cooling for the cylinder heads, reducing emissions.
