Harley-Davidson Dyna description

This is a 2013 Harley-Davidson FLD Switchback. This bike is Harley's small touring bike built on the Dyna platform. It is a great bike and it is comfortable for many many miles. It comes from the factory with a removable windshield and removable hard saddlebags.

This bike to is very stock with the exception of a couple of items. It has a high flow air cleaner installed and has a Dynojet touchscreen tuner installed. It has the original tune on the tuner if you wish to return the bike to stock. I have also lowered the bike 1 inch in the back and installed the hardware for a quick release backrest that is included. It has an LED headlight and engine guard. I have all of the original parts that were taken off the bike and you can have them if you would like them.

I love the bike, but I just don't have the time to ride it that I would like.

Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle

Fri, 25 Apr 2014

An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.

Elvis' Harley

Thu, 16 Aug 2012

Today (August 16) it's exactly 35 years since Elvis died (or didn't, depending on your beliefs on the matter) so we thought we'd mark the moment with this – Elvis Presley's own 1956 Harley-Davidson. Elvis is so inextricably linked to Harleys that he's even become subject of an endlessly-circulating internet myth. You know, the one where a guy finds an old Harley for a few bucks, starts to restore it and discovers an 'Elvis' inscription under the seat.
