2008 Ducati 1000 SportClassic Sport S with only 311 miles on it. Always stored and covered in heated garage, never wet, never dropped, no scratches, never raced, and never abused. Perfect like new condition, purchased as an investment / rolling piece of art, which it is.
The tank was replaced many years ago because of the gas issues. I only use ethanol-free gas when I run the bike. Upgrades / spares include: Ducti fairing lowers (yes the short lowers to main fairing come with the bike). Recently installed Termignoni mufflers but have not flashed the ECU. Spare Ducati wind screen slightly taller than the base screen. Lithium battery with charger. Will provide additional photos of the Termignoni mufflers exhaust and the mileage counter shortly. We’ve already seen several images of the new model, either from pre-production testing and various teasers including an odd claymation video series. Everyone pretty much already knows what it’ll look like, so Ducati decided to release official photos on its Scrambler Ducati Tumblr page including a full head-on shot and an animated gif of the bike in action.
Satellite Ducati Team Reveals Desmosedici GP12 Specs
Fri, 20 Jan 2012Ducati continues to be tight-lipped about the 2012 edition of its Desmosedici MotoGP race bike, but specifications have finally emerged, thanks to satellite rider Karel Abraham and the Cardion AB satellite team. As a satellite entry, Cardion AB and Abraham won’t have the latest updates to the Desmosedici the factory team has access to, but the Czech team’s announcement reveals some of the basis behind the final machine riders Valentino Rossi and Nicky Hayden will ride. The Czech team revealed on its official webpage its Ducati Desmosedici GP12 will produce around 250 hp from its 999cc engine.
