Chopper Chopper description

WOW! That is the word that best describes this one-of-a-kind custom pro-street chopper.

This bike was built with the only the best parts, with a build cost of over $60K

1. Total Custom Built Frame.

2. Custom Paint to the tune of $13,000  Every show this bike is in, it has won best paint! The entire bike is airbrushed, frame, fenders, tanks, "everything"

3. Danny Korta, from Counts Custom Cars on the History Channel seen this bike this year at the BackStreet Full Throttle Saloon Bike Show in Strurgis and said it was one of the best paints he has seen! By the way the bike placed 3rd, but won the best paint!

4. Totally custom built exhaust, custom bars, everything is custom, and all cables are hidden. Digital tack and speedo.

5. Air-ride suspension, and a 760 amp cranking lithium battery, so it alwasy starts and runs great. Lots of power. My license plate says, "Cuff Me" Wow does that get some attention.

6. Custom wheels built out of blocks of aluminum, and then chromed.

7. Personnal reasons forces me to let my baby go to a new home. Bid to win, but do not ask me the reserve price. However it's very low for this bike, but this is not one of those cheap production $10,000 or $12,000 bikes.

8. Your welcome to call my cell with any questions. I will always return calls, but I get tired of text, or e-mails, so your better off calling me.

9. Bike is titled as a 2002, but fininshed in 2012. Custom built and model is "Nasty Boy"

Lawn-Mowing Motorcycle

Mon, 20 Apr 2009

I can’t count how many sunny Saturdays in my adult life I have spent lamenting the fact that yard work took precedent over being able to spend the entire day out riding my motorcycle.  Well, instead of wasting time dreaming, a farmer and motorcycle enthusiast managed to find a way to fix this problem by converting an old worn out ride on lawnmower into a chopper that actually, chops. Powered by a 17.5 HP Briggs and Stratton motor, the bike was constructed with the help of an old bed frame, an aluminum running board and parts from two old bikes. Now instead of choosing between going riding or doing yard work, this ingenious inventor can do both!

Chopper Powered by Natural Gas

Fri, 29 May 2009

Claiming to be the worlds first, the compressed natural gas chopper was unveiled in Orange County, New York, by none other than Paul Teutul Sr., of Orange County Choppers (OCC) who constructed the chopper for the Chesapeake Energy Corporation. The build will be on OCC at some point this year, not many other details at this point. Hit the jump to watch the unveiling video.

Natural Habitats

Sat, 26 Jan 2013

SAM Christmas has been a professional photographer for the last 3 years and is the man behind Natural Habitats, a collection of photos covering the growing UK custom scene, showing bikes and their builders at home.    Sam's clients include the likes of Honda, Dainese, Google, Polo Jeans and Edwin denim but Natural Habitats is a personal project that took one and a half years to complete. I got to meet Sam when the exhibition opened in Shoreditch on Thursday evening.
