1980 Bultaco on 2040-motos

Here is a happy specimen of a twin shocks old school trials bike. A 1980 Bultaco 350 cc Sherpa-T with matching numbers and in quite good condition. I think the bike has seen its share of usage but was lucky enough to have caring owners. It is all stock but for the handlebars ( Renthal ), the rear shocks ( air assisted Falcons ), Barnett clutch, Domino throttle and likely the fenders but I don't know for sure. Look long at the pictures and you will see that the bike is in special shape, it has been respected and well taken care of. I have had/ have my share of Bultacos, this bike runs like a new bike, the lower engine has to be the quietest I've heard and it is a 2 kick bike. Stone cold, open the gas, set the choke, NO throttle, kick it twice and be on your way. The stock carburetor is a Bing and it is very likable. The rear Michelin tire is as good as new and there is a new IRC tube/tire on the front. Brakes are excellent, as are both sprockets with a decent chain. The Sherpa I believe shares the 2 first gear ratios with the Alpina but the porting makes it twice the torque monster. I really got along with this bike, it has a very pleasant personality and I am sorry to be selling it out of necessity. I am retired now and on a budget with yet a few bikes on my bucket list, I need money to finance my next project.
