Bobber Bobber description

NO RESERVE

Info:
This is a practically new Custom Bobber built at Southern Motorcycle, Inc with a CLEAR State Title.   Not a garage built or personal built custom, we built it here in our facility by certified technicians, and titled in the state of Oklahoma.   The parts used to make this bike are 90% USA made from Leading Manufactures, and we listed the major parts below.
We used this motorcycle mainly as a advertisement and display bike for our wheels, rotors, forward controls, and engine.   It has less than 500 miles on the bike.  We are putting it up for auction because we have new projects and advertisements we are doing.
The value of the bike is estimated at above $20,000, but we are auctioning it off with NO RESERVE

Here is a parts list:

  • Kraft-Tech Frame 28 degrees with FXR swingarm (USA)
  • 127ci Southern Proof Engine with S&S Carb (USA)
  • 3" BDL Open Belt Drive (USA)
  • Terry Components starter (USA)
  • 6-speed AU Transmission (Korea)
  • Progressive Rear Shocks (USA)
  • GMA Controls (USA)
  • HHI Brake Calipers, brackets, and HW (USA)
  • Goodrich lines and cables (USA)
  • USA made leather seat, dash cover, and grips (USA)
  • Southern Black Contrast Octane Wheels, rotor, and sprocket (USA)
  • Southern Black Contrast Forward Foot Controls (USA)
  • Midwest Front End forks and trees (Taiwan)
  • Avon Tires 150/18 front and 200/18 rear (USA)
  • Dakota Digital Speedo and pick-up (USA)
  • USA made wiring harness (USA)
  • Two tone Black Paint (gloss on the bottom and matte black on top and sides)
How it Rides:
The motorcycle rides great (probably the best custom we have rode).   It sits low to the ground, but handles good on corners, but does not lean like a Softail or Sporster.  It has beyond enough power, maybe too much.

Condition of Motorcycle:
We guarantee everything is in good working order at the time of purchase with NO DAMAGE.   As with any custom bike, it is like owning a race car, just requires more maintenance and up keep.   The motorcycle is sold as is only.   If you ever need parts, they are easy to find or you can get them through Southern Motorcycle, Inc. (DBA Southern Machine Co.)  We have rode the bike off and on for 3 years with not a bit of trouble (except battery change).   We just did a recent oil change and spark plugs.   It has always been indoor kept.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS YOU CAN CALL ME ON MY CELL OR AT THE SHOP.   I CAN MEET A CUSTOMER ON A NEGOTIATED LOCATION WITH PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.   A SMALL FEE TO WOULD APPLY.

A New Bobber From Victory?

Thu, 01 Dec 2011

On its Facebook page today, Victory motorcycles released a teaser video for an upcoming model to be unveiled December 9 at 7pm CST. The video is a brief 43 seconds that begins with the sound of spray paint being shaken and black paint being “sprayed” onto the camera. What follows is a montage centered around pinstriping and boulevard attitude, as the video sequences between scenes of a man applying pinstripes to what presumably is Victory’s new model and POV shots of this machine rolling down a typical avenue.
