Beta 300rr Race Edition description

You are bidding on a purpose built woods bike.  This Beta is the racing edition that has upgraded suspension built by the factory race team sponsor (Stillwell Performance). Its the best suspension I have ever ridden off road!. Soaks up all the trail trash, rocks ,roots and logs. It also handles g-outs with out bottoming out, flys through the air like a motocross bike without bottoming out. The motor on this beta is the best off road 2-stoke I have ever been on (sorry KTM 300) it pulls strong and hard off the bottom (thanks to the JD Jetting kit with power valve mod) to a sweet linear mid range and a ripping on top over rev when the going gets fast. I did a list of mods to help with the annoying 2-stroke complaints I've had: I installed a BRP rubber mounted bar mount with a scotts steering stabilizer. I complemented that with a set of flex bars, and a set of Fasst rubber mounted foot pegs to take the buzz out of the feet. I installed the Rekluse Core EXP with a left hand rear brake on the bars. I know is seems weird to have a rear brake on the handle bar, but try a steep down hill right hand turn, being able to lock up the rear tire with your leg out for balance pivot can be the difference in going down or ripping through it. I also did a list of mods to lighten up the rig: I removed all the street legal stuff: lights and a glug of wiring under the seat. I have heard from the factory team that you can lose 8lbs by doing that. I also  installed a shorai lithium battery, installed TUBLISS system in both wheels to save 2LBS of rotating weight.  It also has a full FMF exhaust system thats lighter and more powerful. I have also install a list of armor, it was going to be our Extreme enduro bike (Tennessee Knockout) I have a carbon fiber pipe guard, aluminum enduro engineering skid plate, front bullet proof designs front disk guard, rear disk guard, radiator braces and front radiator guards. I installed a hour meter when it was new to keep up with service intervals. The bike has just under 19 hours on it now.
We gained a sponsorship from a local KTM dealer and can't race this Beta, Kinda of a bummer considering how awesome this bike is in the woods.  This bike has only been raced one time last year in Alabama at the gobbler getter enduro. We have rode it on a few trail rides training for the Tennessee Knockout. Our rider broke his collar bone just 2 weeks from the race and couldn't ride. so here is for sale.
The suspension is set up for a 225lb rider. The set up can accommodate from a 180lb rider to 230 with out changing springs. I also have the stock springs to go with it. I don't have the MSO for the bike, the dealer I bought it from didn't have it ready for some reason when I picked the bike up, and ended up going out a business a couple of weeks later. So I will only be able to provide a bill of sale.

I can ship the bike, give me the city and state and zip code and I can get you a quote.  I will charge 50.00 to crate the bike.

Photos Of This Weekend’s Denver Endurocross Track

Fri, 03 Oct 2014

This weekend the EnduroCross championship makes its way to Denver and the National Events Center for the fifth round of the nine-round series. Truckloads of dirt, mountains of rock and piles of logs are coming together to create an EnduroCross course that’s sure to challenge racers and entertain fans.  Excitement will be a mile-high this weekend as the EnduroCross Championship puts three different race winners into an epic battle for valuable points before the halfway point in the series. Beta/GEICO-backed Cody Webb has led since his first round victory in Las Vegas, but KTM’s five-time champion Taddy Blazusiak is hot on his heels after a big win at the last round in Atlanta and at X-Games. And don’t count out Colton Haaker.
