ORIGINAL SEAT IS INCLUDED BUT NOT SHOWN ), LED LIGHT ARRAY ON FRONT WITH INTEGRATED FLASHER MODE, HEATED GRIPS, NEW TANK BAG, NEW SEAT BAG, NEW UNIVERSAL PHONE / GPS HOLDER, NEW GRIP PADS, TOURATECH ALUMINUM TOOL BOX, WIDE TOURATECH KICK STAND PAD, TOURATECH REAR BRAKE EXTENDER. TIRES ARE HEIDENAU GERMAN DUAL SPORT TIRES IN GREAT SHAPE. ALL IN ALL THIS BIKE IS BEAUTIFUL AND RUNS LIKE NEW.
FRONT LEFT HEADER HAS A SMALL DENT FROM A ROCK. GRIP GUARD HAS MINOR SCRATCHES FROM STORAGE. PANNIERS HAVE A FEW MINOR SCRATCHES FROM STORAGE. PANNIERS STILL NEED THE TUBULAR LOCKS INSTALLED ( NOT INCLUDED ) THE LUGGAGE RACK IS BMW AND FITS THE BIKE BUT ISNT QUITE RIGHT FOR THE CASE. THE TOP CASE DOESN'T QUITE LOCK ON TO IT PROPERLY SO A SMALL THRU BOLT HAS BEEN ADDED TO SECURE IT. REMOVES EASILY AND DOESN'T COMPROMISE ANYTHING. EVERYTHING WAS PURCHASED IN THE LAST 9 MONTHS. I WAS PLANNING ON RIDING THIS CROSS COUNTRY IN THE FALL BUT I INJURED MY BACK AT WORK AND CAN'T DO LONG RIDES ANY MORE. HOPE SOMEONE PUTS ALL THIS EFFORT TO GOOD USE. Mon, 07 May 2012It was supposed to be a weekend of celebration. The World Superbike Championship was celebrating its 25th anniversary of racing at Italy’s Monza circuit. Promoters Infront Motorsports brought out 30 landmark Superbikes from the series’ history, while greats such as Fred Merkel, Doug Polen and Carl Fogarty were in attendance for what was supposed to be a weekend to remember.

Fri, 27 Apr 2012The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has officially announced the recall for the 2012 BMW S1000RR, providing more information about the problem. According to documents released by NHTSA, the bolts on the connecting rods in the BMW S1000RR may come loose because of an anti-corrosive agent applied to the bolts. The anti-corrosive agent may effect the bolt torque, potentially leading them to come loose, particularly at high temperatures or rpms.

Recently rumours have been flying around that BMW are to produce a scooter, possibly a hybrid. And while we know it's well within their means, we'd rather they concentrated on the sharpening the cutting edge of road bikes.
