BMW R-Series description

For sale 2012 BMW R1200RT. This bike is equipped with the following options such as; ABS, Electronically Adjustable Windshield, Heated Grips, Heated Seat, Board Computer, Cruise Control, Comfort BMW Seat,  Akrapovic Exhaust, Tank Bag, Top Case, etc. 

This bike was purchased from Insurance Company therefore carries salvage title. It is registrable in all states please check with your local DMV on how to register a salvage vehicle. This bike comes with normal wear and minor scratches are expected to be on a bike. I am posting pictures plenty of pictures for the buyer to see exact condition of it. This bike runs great no known issues everything is in proper working condition, does not smoke, no leaks of any kind. Comes with new Michelin Pilot Road 3 tires.

This bike fell on its right side which caused damaged to the right side valve cover and exhaust manifold had a dent in it. This bike did not had saddlebags at the time of purchased. This bike been restored to its original beauty. Right lateral fairing is original but had a few scratches so its been professionally repainted. Saddlebags been placed. new valve cover has been placed. I took this bike to Gateway BMW for them to check if the engine is in proper working condition. Dealer spend 1.5 hours on it so everything is in proper working condition. Oil has been changed. Receipts of a job from a dealer will be included with a sale. I am posting a picture of a damage at the time of purchase.

2009 BMW S1000RR Entering Production

We’re finally able to share some pictures and info about the production version of BMW’s new literbike, the S1000RR. We now know that it has a claimed dry weight of 403 pounds, which should be competitive with its Japanese literbike rivals. The all-new inline-Four powerplant displaces 999cc, and its cylinder head is said to be very narrow and compact, with the valves actuated by “very small” cam followers that are nearly at Formula 1 levels in size.
