Up for sale is this 2008 BMW R1200 GS. Original Owner. The bike has been meticulously cared for and maintained. It has never been dropped or laid down, and is in excellent condition. Always garage kept and covered. Regular BMW maintenance always done on time, and has never had any mechanical issues whatsoever. Q3 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results

Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
2015 BMW K1600GT and K1600GTL Get Traction Control as Standard Equipment
Fri, 04 Jul 2014BMW is updating its big six-cylinder touring bikes with traction control as standard equipment and a number of new optional add-ons including keyless remote ignition. Previously available as part of BMW’s factory-installed Safety Package option, the Dynamic Traction Control system will now be standard on all 2015 K1600GT and K1600GTL models. The system continuously monitors rear wheel traction during acceleration, stepping in when it senses excessive wheel spin.
