BMW R-Series description

Many after market extras.  New windshield, leather seats, Jessie Bags, crash bar, new grips, LED dash lamps.  Well maintained and runs great.

Overall great condition.  There are some very minor scratches on the tank, and some rust in the joints of the handlebars.  The seat is aftermarket leather and it is a little worn, but is still in relativity good shape and firm. The bike has been dealer (have receipts)//user maintained and runs great there are no mechanical problems.  The tires have quite a bit of tread left.  I am the second owner and have the original owners manual a two keys.  Had BMW dealer perform thorough inspection at 57,434 miles.  59,561 miles now.

Tue, 05 Nov 2013

The R1200RT has gone liquid cooled, inheriting the new boxer engine with BMW’s “precision cooling” technology from the new R1200GS. But that’s not all that’s changed on the RT as Editor-in-Chief Kevin Duke points out in the video below from the 2013 EICMA show floor. With a new K1600GT-inspired look, more power and a number of factory-installed options, one of our favorite touring bikes is better than ever.   Get the Flash Player to see this player.
