1964 R60/2 frame, 16,750 miles on 1977 R100 engine, transmission and rear drive unit.  32MM Bings, 1988 on  dual plug heads with new valves, seats, and guides. All head work by Ted Porter's Beemer Shop. All new bearings in engine,new timing sprocket and chain. App 5,000 miles on Seibenrock cylinders and pistons. New clutch and /6 transmission with new seals and bearings, /6 3.20 RDU with new bearings and seals. New /6 wiring harness. Dual plugs with Dyna coils and ignition booster. SS spokes in rear wheel, 18" Honda dual disc front wheel, Koni shocks.  Vapor electronic speedo. Clearview windscreen. 2006 Hannigan Classic sidecar with linked hyd. disc brake and convertable top

German fire engine and pump manufacturer Rosenbauer have utilised the ubiquitous BMW 1200 boxer engine to produce a powerful and lightweight water pump.  The engine runs as normal, using it's torqey qualities to power the high pressure waterpump attached.  Firefighters can carry this compact pump closer to the fire, and go where the normal fire engine cannot reach.
