This motorcycle received a complete frame-up restoration, This was a full 9 month $15,000.00+ frame off restoration including a complete engine rebuild with new Unleaded Spec Valves, new OEM spec paint, a complete refresh of consumables, over $1,100.00 invested in wheels alone with Less than 1000 miles on the complete rebuild she is mechanically and cosmetically like new!!!

·      Both carburetors completely dismantled and cleaned in our ultra-sonic carburetor cleaning tank.

·      Rebuilt carburetors- New OEM Float +needles, 2 new Bing lever top kits installed, all new idle air screws/caps/nuts installed, all new carburetor  gaskets installed.

·      Compression test completed, 120 PSI in both cylinders

·      Checked spark- perfect

·      Replaced oil pan gasket, new oil installed

·      Replaced 6 volt horn

·      Replaced rear brake light switch, repair wiring + connection to rear lamp assembly

·      Replaced Right + left hand grips OEM

·      Replaced throttle cam + linkage, adjusted the cable

·      Dissasemble + clean + inspect ignition switch assembly, replaced key cylinder/ tumbler parts, clean all electrical connections.

·      Full Pro detail (Wash, Wax, Polish)

BMW Recalls Several Models in Canada for Potential Fuel Leaks

Transport Canada has announced a recall on 18 BMW models across several model years spanning from 2005 to 2012 because of a risk of fuel leaks (the full list of models and model years is below). As of this posting, no recall has been announced for the U.S. but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) currently has an investigation open for a similar issue, potentially affecting 45,588 BMW motorcycles.
