2013 Aprilia Touno V4R APRC. This is the Tuono that Aprilia USA used as its display model for 2013 at all the bike shows. It came loaded with about $3500 in aftermarket goodies like carbon side panels, heels guards, fenders and chain guards, as well as Aprilia Racing gear including levers, windscreen, quick shifter, racing ECU, frame sliders, and other trick bits. I added CRG bar end mirrors and shorty levers, beautiful small Rizoma billet turn signals and tail tidy kit. It also has the baddest ass Ape pipe out there; the Austin Racing shorty. Battery tender terminal hooked up and ready to plug in each night. This thing is a monster, sounds amazing and rides like a dream with traction, wheely control. You wont find a cleaner, nicer, more tastefully well done, yet badass 2013 V4R out there. Not a scratch or defect, and barely broken in at 2500 miles. Never crashed, dropped or damaged in any way. Comes with original pipe, rear stand, Aprilia Racing levers and original mirrors. Title clean and in hand. Buyer to arrange, organize and pay for any and all shipping. Thu, 11 Jul 2013Aprilia has updated its Tuono V4 R for 2014, equipping the naked sportbike with anti-lock brakes, enlarging the fuel tank and pumping more horses from its 1000cc V4 engine. The Aprilia Tuono was already a favorite here at Motorcycle.com, and the latest updates should only reinforce that opinion. The Bosch 9MP ABS adds a degree of safety while only adding 4.4 pounds to the Tuono’s weight.

Wed, 27 Jul 2011The Piaggio Group reported slight increases in net sales and net profit over the first six months of 2011 compared to the same period in 2010. Net sales increased 1.1% to 830 million euros (US$1.19 billion) over the first six months of 2011, compared to 820 million euros (US$1.18 billion) in the first half of 2010. Piaggio reported a net profit of 33.3 million euros (US$47.9 million), a slight increase from the net profit of 33.1 million euros (US$47.6 million) reported last year.

Tue, 02 Feb 2010BRITISH RACING ace Bradley Smith has helped launch the new Capcom MotoGP 09/10 video game, at the Silverstone circuit in England. The Aspar Aprilia rider took on several journalists in a series of grand prix races featured on the new game. A new Tissot MotoGP watch was awarded to the journalist who beat Bradley, on time in a three lap race at the Mugello circuit in Italy, where Bradley won his second grand prix of the season last year. "It's a brilliant game not only for the racing at all the MotoGP venues, including the new circuits at the Balatonring in Hungary and Silverstone in England, but all aspects of grand prix racing including sponsorship, livery and PR," explained Smith who was joined by fellow British riders Scott Redding and Danny Webb, at the launch which was held at the prestigious BRDC suite at the Silverstone circuit, that will host the British Grand Prix this year. "There were some serious game players, there and I'm glad I don't have to meet them out on the track."
