Up for sale is my 2000 Aprilia RSVmilleR with only 7800 miles. This a rare bike for the enthusiast who enjoys riding in style and the uniqueness of this fabulous sport bike. It is kept in my leaving room and I only ride it on nice sunny days. This is #229 of 2000 built. It is designed as a single seat bike, but was converted to two seater. I have the original rail if the new owner wants to take it back to stock. It also has the off road exhaust., Also comes with the original. Owners and shop manuals included. Most comfortable sport bike I have ever owned. Reason for selling is to many toys. Bike sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied. buyer is responsible for all shipping cost. EICMA 2012: 2013 Aprilia Caponord 1200 Officially Introduced in Milan

The first images of the Aprilia Caponord 1200 broke last week but Piaggio has released new details and photographs of the adventure-tourer at the 2012 EICMA Show in Milan, Italy. Sharing its engine and frame with the Dorsoduro 1200, the Aprilia Caponord 1200 is the latest competitor in the adventure-touring segment, albeit with limited off-road aspirations. The closest competitor to the Caponord 1200 is probably the Ducati Multistrada 1200.

Ducati Targeting Aprilia Racing Manager Gigi Dall’Igna

Ducati has reportedly signed Aprilia Racing manager Gigi Dall’Igna to take control of its struggling MotoGP program. Neither Ducati Corse or Aprilia Racing have confirmed the reports, but several sources in the European motorsports press such as Motociclismo.it, not to mention a tweet from retired World Superbike Champion Max Biaggi, claim the deal is done. Dall’Igna has been an instrumental figure in Aprilia’s racing success since the manufacturer’s return to WSBK racing with the RSV4 in 2009, helping guide Biaggi to two championships and, pending the result of the 2013 season finale at Jerez, likely three manufacturers titles.
